In 2018, I invested in my first DSLR camera. Around this time, I started doing commercial work for a local ukulele store. I did product photography and directed, shot, and edited a short documentary covering the history of the store. These experiences taught me how photography and video can tell compelling stories and engage an audience.
My approach to photography is to be present and intentional; I like to get 95% of the photo correct in-camera before I even take the shot. This approach allows me to create images that are true to life, preserving the natural colors and lighting of the moment.
In my work, I focus on capturing and highlighting genuine human emotions. My goal is to help my clients relive fleeting moments and preserve memories that otherwise fade with time. To me, photography is all about freezing a moment in time so it can be cherished for a long time.
I invite you to explore my galleries and see how I have brought other people’s stories to life.
